Refund Policy

At Jayce Couture, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

🔁 Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Tags and labels are still attached

  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g. clearance items, personalized products).

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges where stock is available

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at returns@jaycecouture.online within 14 days of delivery

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery

  • If your item was damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and order details.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

⚠️ Refund Exceptions

Jayce Couture reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. If a returned item is not eligible, it may be sent back to you at your expense.
