At Jayce Couture, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
🔁 Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Tags and labels are still attached

The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g. clearance items, personalized products).
💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
🔄 Exchanges

We offer size exchanges where stock is available

To request an exchange, please contact us at returns@jaycecouture.online within 14 days of delivery
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery

If your item was damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and order details.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

⚠️ Refund Exceptions
Jayce Couture reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. If a returned item is not eligible, it may be sent back to you at your expense.
